You never dissapoint me..... because you always dissapoint me

Wow! what a day , teaching a 4 classes since the first day I ve been back from Laos, I first taught at Argyle Alternative school which was a great experience , more people then I exspected came out to do yoga and it was a good mix with laughs between students and staff. I think I might found out today that I have become lactose intolerent since being back from Laos , if this is the case I consider it a huge bummer since I am a big fan of cheese, ice cream and chocalat milk... well I could also look at it as a blessing where I would only have in moderation and it would be sooo worth it when I do have it but you know like once or twice a month ,just need pick my spots :0 . Went on to go into some intense fight club , I continue to receive bruises and I finally attended a fight club where Ace Burpee was present and got to lay my shot on him (always nice to have a first time for something) After watching a shocker in Mexico defeating France I went on to the Yoga studio , had a very great day in teaching , special shout out to Janice Reimer on this who was on her last day of her month pass and 7 pm was doing her 99th class and then stayed for 9pm for the century mark! Was able to make it in time for the last five minutes of Game 7 which was apperently the best part according to my brother! oh glorius day , well more random , but always look at the positives in life

Same Same.... But Different

Oh glorius day didn `t over sleep for once and got my fight club on at noon , oddly I felt my body continue to dissolve and it really seemed like I wasn`t putting as much effort as last night so I guess my body was still feeling the effects from the Harry double. After teaching a smaller then usual karma(last week was 60 and this week 17) and actually just organized my laundry and work out clothing , so it looks liek busy day ahead of me tomorrow , teaching 4 classes! hope I make it in time for the finals

Can barely move my arms (yesterday`s title applies wayyyyy more today)

Gave myself a nice big nap today and woke up at noon, hmmm missed my opportunity and doing either one of those classes, spent my day watching a real David vs Goliath match in Korea DPR vs Brazil , in to many people`s suprise Korea actually got a goal , pretty impressive for a team ranked 105 in the world. went on to have a harry led fight club work out at 6pm , it was soooo brutal how sweaty that floor was, he really knows how to really make you work , because of my inactivity all day I decided to do the class right after .... which was also Harry led by the end planks were so hard to hold I could feel in my chest , when I got to the car I could barely straigten out my arms and had a hard time driving my car and as of right now i can`t find a comfortable position for my legs, I really really hope I can still go full force tomorrow morning

You can teach someone how to fight , but you can`t teach heart

A solid overall productive day , I did wake up feeling pretty weak this morning and the internet went down at the studio before I taught the 6am class, got to have some catch up time with Mesia ,Jun and Issac and got to see Erica for the first time since I got back from Laos.Felt nice to just chill out , I went on to do the noon class at pan am which was well led by Gino and Phil, Watched a little bit of the Paraguay vs Italy game and then went back to the Donald studio to teach the 4pm and 530, I got a complement for my teaching which I just had to post , it always feels nice to know that actions can cause impacts
Jana-Rai Dufault Thanks for the wonderful adjustment. As usual, great class. It's wonderful to be guided by you in my practice. It was a little busy when I left, so I just wanted to say thank you.

Continuing on I attended a fight club class where the focus is now more on the technical aspects of boxing and it seemed like last week was about delivering hard shots to the body, Some of the pairings were even same sex today so I got to interact with more members of fight club and found out there is a member who is Laotion and knows my brother, there was an incident where Harry saw a member hit me in the chin and he was sent to do some stairs, the class had a pretty great ending where we had to hold plank as long as we could and then we had to run lots of stairs! I am going to sleep good tonight , still debating if I should do the mourning class , peace out ch`all

NEXT

I went to a party last night and again a solid night of no drinking, but i did stay up late and junk food was involved, enough said, today marks the first day I did not do a work out at Pan Am Boxing , I did however attend the meeting with the sports psychologist which I found to be pretty helpful.Got to spend 3 hours in the hot room though first taking a class from Moksha Winnipeg`s newest member Sarah , she is one of those girls I can never see being mad at anything and lots of positivity throughout the whole practice , very glad to have her on the team , the class after was the moksha music which I led and she stayed for , how cool is that! The class went great and I continue to see familiar faces the more I am at the studio. I finish the night off eating more junk food with my buddies Mick and Maegan (Maegan`s mom mentioned I dropped weight though) and we watch Twilight new moon which I fell asleep through for a second time , well tomorrow it `s time to get serious in work outs and in life (other issues surrounding yours truly)

Takes years to build a reputation and seconds to detroy it

Well the good news is I did not drink at all during the party last night and it turned out to better than expected ,got a number from a girl I met two years ago and it looks like I have a set party to go to next week , sweet! In other news I woke up very much in pain from the week at pan even though I was up at 8:30 and just didnt feel like doing anything , I eventually did go at 10 and put in some hard work and again no regrets , taught two classes later in the afternoon that went really well and then ended my night at a party and having a cheat meal but still no drinking.

The title of my name is not based on myself but the firing of one Bryan Danielson , always one to be an underdog with very little chance of ever making it big in the wrestling industry based on his smaller size and Vince Mcmanhon wanting bigger characters that would look like a human comic book. I have been watching WWE all my life and I had seen some crazy and unpredictable things including Necrophilia, A man pointing a gun and and 80 year old woman being put through a table by and 30 year old man and line of Ric Flair saying" We will break you like a Virgin". Recently because the wife of Vince Mcmanhon is running for U.S senator of Connecticut it caused WWE to make the decision to make program more family friendly and have made there programming rated PG, last week WWE had one of the most talked about and unpredictable endings which caused 8 rookies from their NXT show to just demolish the set and everyone around including the wrestlers wrestling, annoncers , referees and security in a vicious 8 on 1 attack , first time in years had the most hardcore of wrestling fans question was that a work(planned attack... well obvisouly it was but still actually got people to wonder which is something that hasnt happened for awhile), during this brutal attack we see Bryan Danielson choking the announcer with his tye http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h9ywCb4tb3w, but yes this was considered way to over the top which caused his release, I was actually very suprised they showed it but I suppose based on this one mistake(didn`t even get a warning or a fine) a man that has built a repuation in the last 10 years of being one of the best and one he does gets the boot,I am furious that if this is legit they are making a major mistake in releasing Bryan Danielson.

It`s fine that most you don`t care and wrestling is probably the nerdiess thing about me but there are many people who feel the same way about the firing of Bryan Danielson

10 Items or less

Starting off with another struggle to wake up but unlike Wednesday I did attend the 6:45 am class , for once I got to pair up with someone with less experience then me , took him to school so hard he had to sit out twice , i know I shouldnt feel proud of it but I have been getting my butt handed to me so it was nice to have a little role reversal , when I got home I watched a great little indy movie called 10 items or less where a question got me thinking if you can only 10 items to keep with you, what would they be? I ll think about some more another day maybe if you are reading this then you can also think about it. Got to sneak in a quick nap before going to Harry`s class at 1pm , more technical sparring and received a few shots to the mouth, nothing out of the ordinary felt very satisfied I gave it my best effort, after a fist full almonds I was able to gather up enough energy to attend a 60 minute moksha so I am very satisfied with my activity level today, now the challenge is that I am attending a house party tonight ,i did say and made it public on facebook that for I had taken the straight edge pledge , So I will blog on how I do tomorrow
